Tips On Healing an Achilles Tendonitis Quickly

At Home Treatment

  1. Rest your leg. Avoid putting weight on your leg.  
  2. Ice it.
  3. Compress your leg.  
  4. Elevate your leg as much as possible.
  5. Take anti-inflammatory painkillers such as Advil
  6. Use a heel lift in your shoe
  7. Practice stretching and strengthening exercises as recommended by your doctor, physical therapist, or other health care provider.
